Eames DAW chairs are back

As a fan of Eames Chairs, I'm excited to see the upcoming reintroduction of their 1950 classic - the Molded Plastic Chair with wooden dowel legs.

Based on original designs, Herman Miller updated the dowel base for improved stability and use a recycled polypropylene for the seat (originals were metal and fiberglass).

They are available in Armchair (left) and Side Chair (right) for $499 and $399 respectively.

Both will be available in the 5 colors exclusively at Design Within Reach on September 24th.
